• Hours are by appointment only; walk-ins are not accepted.
• 24 hour cancellation notice is requested (by phone only);  one (1) no-show forgiveness will be honored.
• Arriving late, without notice, for your session may be subject to rescheduling upon arrival at the discretion of the massage therapist.
• A Client Intake/Health History form will be completed and reviewed with the massage therapist at your first appointment.  Please allow yourself extra time when scheduling your first appointment. 
• Cash and/or personal checks accepted.  (A returned check fee of $15 may apply for non-sufficient funds.)
• Clients with serious medical conditions, including pregnancy, or with special needs will be required to obtain written, medical approval from their medical provider prior to the first appointment to receive massage therapy services. 
• Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian in order to receive massage therapy.  A written consent of treatment will be obtained from the parent/legal guardian at the first visit.
• Cell phones and beepers should be in their 'silent mode' or turned off completely during your massage therapy session.
• Hands of the Heart provides safe, professional, non-sexual massage therapy services.  We reserve the right to decline anyone or end a massage therapy session early for any reason if we feel a client's behavior or conduct is inappropriate.  We also reserve the right to end a session for medical reasons including the discovery of the client haven consumed alcohol, drugs or medications that are contraindicated for massage therapy.
